The reclusive actress posted a photo on February 14th that appears to announce an engagement. Her hand is placed over her new fiancé's, with a rather large ring on her finger and a band on his. Though she has yet to disclose the identity of her mystery man, sources close to the star say she's very happy.
While there are very little details about her new man, the pair allegedly met at the end of 2019 in the sober living home where Bynes is currently staying. She appeared to be wearing the ring in a recent selfie, which also features a septum hoop and a heart-shaped face tattoo. She's kept a low-key social media presence over the last few years in an attempt to focus on her sobriety.
She also graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in June 2019.
