Did You Catch Archie's Cameo in Prince Harry's Latest Mental Health Series?

Prince Harry is spearheading a new mental health series and opening up more about his struggles with his mother's death, life as a royal, and the bullying his wife has faced in recent years. "Just because you suffered, that doesn't mean that your kids have to suffer," Prince Harry said in the ad, which featured his 2-year-old son Archie. The Apple-exclusive docuseries is called The Me You Can't See, and he spoke with Oprah Winfrey about what it means to him.

He revealed that his father, Prince Charles, told him to just "play the game" when it came to struggling with a life in the spotlight. "My father used to say to me when I was younger, 'Well, it was like that for me, so it's going to be like that for you,'" Harry said. "That doesn't make sense — just because you suffered, that doesn't mean that your kids have to suffer, in fact quite the opposite. If you suffered, do everything you can to make sure that whatever negative experiences that you had, you can make it right for your kids."

"Isn't this all about breaking the cycle?' he asked. "Isn't this all about making sure that history doesn't repeat itself? I then had a son, who I would far rather be solely focused on, rather than every time I look in his eyes wondering whether my wife is going to end up like my mother and I'm going to have to look after him myself," he said. "That was one of the biggest reasons to leave, feeling trapped, and feeling controlled through fear. Both by the media and by the system itself, which never encouraged the talking about this kind of trauma. Certainly, now I will never be bullied into silence."
