Malnourished and Pale
The children were all found to be extremely malnourished and sickly. The oldest was actually 29-years-old and weighed only 81 pounds.
Officers Couldnât Comprehend This Situation
Seven of the kids were over the age of 18, yet the officers had no idea. They assumed they were all younger children because of their childlike demeanors and sickly-looking physic. The officers gave them snacks, since they were starving, before taking them to the hospital.
