Keeping Up with the Kardashians has been on the air for a whopping 13 years. A lot has changed with the family since the start... The fact that this was a red carpet look goes to show just how much times have changed... No one would be caught dead wearing white leather boots with light wash jeans even at the grocery store. Kim has really done some upgrading in terms of her closet...

This is virtually the same setting just 12 years later. She's got a sharp haircut, a trendy body-con dress, and a weird little french fry bag. Kim Kardashian in 2006 would have never guessed this was her future in fashion. Kim says she does have Kanye to thank for her fashion upgrades, though.
What's Contour?
Weird dress and questionable haircut aside, her makeup was a very curious choice. The makeup artist was probably trying to do something cute and match her eyeshadow to her dress, but it just came off looking very odd. Also, this was way before anyone was contouring, which makes the look itself look a bit weird. You can't blame her, though, it was the mid-00s!
Thankful for Contour, Highlight, and Fake Lashes
It's definitely tricky to compare these two looks. One is from a weird, low-key red carpet event and the other is from the Met Gala in 2018. Either way, Kim has upgraded her makeup, too! Not only was she living for the contour, but the fake lashes help to elevate the look. If this makeup look was on the previous outfit, it might have helped a bit!
Khloe Kardashian - Middle School Dance or Red Carpet Event?
It was definitely 2008 in this photo... The chunky heels paired with the middle-school dress from JC Penney's makes it obvious. Not to mention the lack of a clutch or purse... Khloe was an amateur back then!

Once again, fans were shocked to see that Kourtney had yet another baby with Scott. He was still a little wild and hard to tame, even with two kids. When Reign came along, things changed.
