He told her that she brought shame to their police department and her career. Her "excursion" out in the world made the police force look like a joke. What else was she supposed to do? Being an officer was not glamorous!

According to her boss, "everyone" felt that her actions were inappropriate. They didn't want to fire her though, they needed her... So, they gave her an ultimatum.
She Had To Pick
Apparently, they wanted to make her pick between her jobs. She would have to give up her Instagram influencer life and become a police officer 24/7. That wasn't the worst part...
Quit That Job
In order for her to quit her job as an Instagram influencer, she needed to give up all of that extra income too. They wanted her to stop all brand deals completely and to stop getting compensated for promoting brands.
A Dilemma
This was obviously a dilemma. Adrienne had no idea what to do... She was basically being threatened at this point. It was either keep her day job or maintain her passion. What was she to do?
So Much Time
Becoming an influencer wasn't something she anticipated. In fact, she wasn't trying at all! That was just her passion and something that she liked to do... If she didn't have that, what else was there for her?

She just had the greatest six months of her life, and she returns home to this! It was shocking at how quickly her life had flipped upside down. She began sharing her struggles with her followers (without bashing her place of employment) and it showed everyone just how much she loved being a cop.

At the same time, she loved being an influencer as well. She met so many incredible people on her journey around the world that she would never have met if she was just a cop. Why couldn't they compromise?

She Made Her Decision
It was a difficult few days for her... She had a lot on her shoulders! But, after a lot of thinking, she decided to make a decision. She needed to show her dedicated she was to her career, so she took their offer.
She Gave It Up...
It's true that she gave up her influencer life to return back to work. Her fans, who she had been very transparent with, were heartbroken. How could they beat someone so lively down like that? Apparently, it was all a part of the plan...
Months Later...
Months after the decision, she began posting again. Obviously, her fans were confused. What was going on? Did she quit?
A Compromise
As it turns out, she managed to make a compromise! After months of hard work and proving to her bosses that she was serious about the force, she was able to pitch an idea to them...
Things Were Looking Up
She was allowed to post again as long as she kept being a police officer at the top of her priorities. She was also not supposed to post "racy" photos, which she could deal with. Things were finally looking up after long months of hard work!
Still Influencing
Adrienne is still posting uplifting photos and posts about her health journey. She even posted a 10-year challenge photo that her fans seemed to enjoy! With a little hard work, Adrienne proved that you can go a long way—in more ways than one.
Doing What She Loves
Now, she's able to do what she loves! She's thankful that her bosses let her continue living both of her dream jobs.
