If you just left a stressful business meeting, it's totally okay to let off some steam in the elevator on the way back to the lobby. This guy certainly doesn't seem to care if he's being watched by the security cameras or not.
L-O-V-E Forever
Vandalism, or kind of romantic? This girl isn't afraid to let everyone know who she has feelings for. The building owner probably wasn't too happy about it, though.
Lunch Break
Even delivery drivers get hungry. Maybe the person who ordered this pizza didn't answer the door, so the driver decided it would be a shame to let that perfectly good Domino's order go to waste...
Flash Dance
These cops took a lunch break at a nearby bar and were feeling pretty great afterward. They broke into an impromptu dance number in the elevator and continued it out onto the streets.

This elevator is just too hot to handle. Sparks are certainly flying between this couple. Who knows what happened after they got home...
Tower of Terror
This woman had a terrifying experience in this elevator. She got in, and when she pressed the button for her floor, it took off way too fast, then started to shake until the power cut. She was at the top floor in a flash, and thankfully got out before it fell back down to the lobby.
A Long Way Down
This woman pushed the button for her floor, but instead of traveling up, the floor of the elevator disappeared and she plummeted through to the basement. Thankfully, this was just an elaborate prank pulled by a Japanese media company. No one was hurt, but she sure was furious.
Something Isn't Right
These two people rode the elevator for a few floors together. Then, the man exited, and the woman followed. However, footage shows the woman getting back on the elevator from a different floor a few moments later...
Crying a River
We've all been here. This girl sobbed and sobbed for 25 floors until she got to the lobby. She could have just gotten a breakup text, or maybe declined from a job. Either way, no judgment.
41 Hours
This guy took his lunch break but realized too late that none of the buttons in the elevator were working. He tried to call for help, but his phone was back in his office. He spent 41 hours stuck in that tiny elevator and was slowly going crazy without any food or water.
Hate To Burst Your Bubble
This guy was casually chewing his gum on the ride up to his floor. Embarrassing for him — he overshot his bubble blowing and the gum fell onto the floor. He looked around quickly, not realizing the security camera was indeed on and put the gum back into his mouth. Talk about disgusting.
She's Not Messing Around
Most people get on elevators, look at their phone or just stand quietly, and then exit when they arrive at their floor. This man did the opposite and pushed every button to annoy the woman he was riding with. She was so fed up that she decided to beat him up!
Attitude Check
This woman also had had enough with people who don't understand elevator etiquette. This guy kept kicking his leg out every time the door opened so he'd set off the motion sensor and keep the elevator from moving. After doing this too many times, the woman just pushed him right out.
No Such Thing as Personal Space
This girl really couldn't wait until she was off the elevator to start stretching. The girl next to her almost gets kicked in the face from the effort. Some people really don't understand the meaning of personal space.

You want it? You got it. This guy took that mantra pretty seriously. Why not dance like nobody's watching when you really think nobody's watching?
Just One Bite
Here's another delivery guy who didn't quite make it to the "delivery" part of the job. He was probably starving, so he looked around to make sure no one was coming before he took a bite of literally everything.
You Had One Job
These workers miscalculated how much room they'd need to transport this sheet of glass. If only they'd measured beforehand, they'd realize the glass was too long to fit in the elevator. It shatters as the doors shut, meaning the crew was probably fired.
A Miscalculated Pranke
This kid wanted to play a joke on his dad that went all wrong. He tried to trigger the motion sensor so the doors would open so his dad could get in after him, but instead, the umbrella jams the doors and the elevator derails. He was trapped inside alone for hours. He'll definitely never do that again.

Unfortunately, this happens all too often. Dog leashes frequently get caught in elevator doors, but thankfully this guy was here to free him before a serious accident happened.

This poor unsuspecting man fell victim to one of the worst fates: a flash mob. The twist? They were dressed as characters from Star Wars. Why can't people just... not do this?

One of the stranger elevator encounters is when a couple who — presumably — doesn't know each other ends up randomly making out while they're alone and then leaving together. It's kinda sweet, but mostly weird. Who knows, maybe it'll all work out.

This is never a sight you want to walk in on. He either just got a really bad grade on a test and is taking a minute to himself to spiral, or he's just trying to see if how long he can pull this off in order to make everyone uncomfortable. Pranksters gotta prank.

One word for this guy would be: creepy. If you saw this guy standing scarily in the corner of the elevator while you have to wait until you get to your floor. It would take everything in you not to scream.
A Sweet Proposal
These kids were having fun in the elevator ride for a minute. They stage a fake marriage proposal for the other people in the elevator to laugh at, and the result was childishly romantic. Surely real proposals have been done the same way.

These two got it together and she slid him a note before things could cross into PG-13 territory. The security guard on the other side of the surveillance camera was getting ready to shield his eyes.

This woman swiftly said "nope" to the invitation to take a ride in this elevator-turned-disco. Looks like there's a disco ball, music, dancers, and costumes. You can't blame her for passing if she's just like, on her way to the dentist or something.

In CCTV footage, these two men stand in silence until they get to their respective floors. However, the man on the right suddenly starts to flail wildly, like he's having uncontrollable muscle spasms. The older guy next to him looks totally perplexed and can't get off fast enough.
