Sue Sylvester- Glee
Sometimes the supervillain isn't even really that evil, just misunderstood. Jane Lynch plays the perfect character for her personality, treating glee club members like trash on purpose because of her own personal shortcomings and insecurities. On top of that, sweatsuits are totally lame, if anything she should try being mean with a look that isn't so easy to make fun of.
Vicky- Fairly Odd Parents
Vicky was the tyrant babysitter that made Timmy Turner's life absolutely miserable whenever she had the opportunity. Vicky isn't inherently evil, she's just an angry mistreated person who never learned how to love properly. That being said, that's absolutely no excuse to be terrible to a child, take your frustration out on something else you bully!
