The bride of Chucky is a strange and unpredictable addition to that cinematic universe. Even though she is one of the, statistically, scariest movie villains of the 21st century, we can't help but laugh at her ridiculous appearance. However, that was the point, after all, wasn't it? It's crazy to think that such a low-budget film ($25 million) could gross nearly 3x its original worth.
Azula- Avatar: The Last Airbender
Azula is Prince Zuko's evil sister and the rightful heir to the Fire Nation throne since he defected. She made sure that he would never return to the Fire Nation to defend himself. In addition to that, she took personal pleasure in making sure that the impoverished people in the Fire Nation stayed that way, which is absolutely deplorable, coming from a queen to be.
